What is Residential Treatment for Addiction?

In a residential treatment program, patients live on-site at a treatment facility as they undergo behavioral therapies, medication management, and counseling to overcome their addiction and any underlying mental health conditions.

We offer individualized addiction treatment for our clients, covering a whole range of addictions and mental health disorders.

Our assortment of addiction programs are designed to treat addictions such as:

In addition, we work with our clients and their families through ongoing support services, including family therapy, as needed throughout treatment and beyond.

We offer 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day programs that handle the needs of most addicts. Our residential treatment is part of a complete overall continuum of addiction rehabilitation, beginning with detox.

High-Quality Treatment Facility

We are a 48-bed facility located in Houston, Texas. We accommodate clients by providing a family atmosphere, including on-site recreation, gym outings five times a week, and a strong alumni network to support clients in their recovery process post-graduation from our programs.

Our hands-on, client-centered approach allows us to treat each client we serve not only as someone we’re helping through addiction but as a member of our lifelong recovery family.

What Happens in Residential Treatment?

Some of what you can expect in our residential program:

Our residential clients receive intensive, individualized treatment with a low client-to-staff ratio.
The day begins with spiritual development at 7:30 a.m.
Group and individual therapy, education, life skills, and 12-step meetings fill the remainder of the day.
Several hours each day are devoted to leisure time, which in itself is therapeutic.
The schedule is less structured on weekends – more leisure time and family visits give clients a taste of returning to life outside the center.

Our staff includes master-level counselors, licensed chemical dependency counselors, 24-hour nursing, psychiatrists, and direct care staff.

We are in close proximity to both Houston Hobby and Houston Intercontinental airports.
