Extended Care

As our clients near the end of their residential treatment for substance use disorder, we offer continuing recovery services at our Extended Care recovery center, where you will receive the same individualized treatment and professional therapy you had during your inpatient or outpatient experience but through an ongoing “extended stay” model.

Our treatments include:

• 12-Step Meetings
• Family Therapy
• Group Therapy
• Recreational Therapy
• Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis Treatment
• Evidence-Based Therapies (CBT, EMDR, DBT)

While you benefit from continuing therapy, treatment, and support groups, you will also receive important lessons in mindfulness, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning. You will work with counselors to prepare for the next phase of your recovery and ongoing sobriety, including appropriate treatment programs, housing, work, and self-care plans.

By the time you leave our Extended Care program, you will have the tools necessary to reintegrate into everyday life outside of treatment.

We’re here to help you or your loved one conquer drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders by offering full-continuum care.

Our levels of care include:

• On-Site Medical Detox
• Residential Treatment
• Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
• Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
• Extended Care

Our outpatient Extended Care recovery center houses 21 beds, giving many of our patients the opportunity for longer stays to help their transition into post-treatment living.
