If you’ve served your country—whether you’re active duty or retired military or family member—you’re entitled to receive help with your addiction through TRICARE, which provides health care to members of the military.
Here’s how it works:
- TRICARE covers active duty and retired members of the military (including reserve forces) alongside their families, former spouses, and other beneficiaries. If you or a loved one are struggling with substance abuse issues—whether or not they were related to military service—TRICARE can help.
- TRICARE will usually cover addiction treatment at a qualified residential rehab (non-hospital) center, as well as outpatient addiction treatment and detoxification.
- As a participating TRICARE provider, Into Action can help you or your family member get help managing your addiction or substance abuse challenges. We invite you to contact a member of our team who can help you manage your benefits at (844) 694-3576. All conversations are confidential.
