Our simple admissions process
We want to ensure that you’re able to access the care you need easily and affordably. That’s why we use a multi-step admissions process to get you started. Here’s how it works:
- We verify your insurance coverage & benefits.
To make sure that your insurance coverage will cover your treatment, we’ll ask you a few basic questions, including details about yourself and your insurance policy. This is called a verification of benefits, and it allows us to confirm with your insurer that your treatment is covered. If you have any questions during any point of this process, don’t hesitate to ask our admissions team.
- We conduct an admissions screening.
When we’ve verified that your insurance policy will cover your treatment with us, our admissions team continues the screening process. This helps us better understand your current addiction challenges, as well as your hopes, goals, and aims for recovery. Whether this is your first time in treatment or a return visit, we want to ensure that our program meets your needs.
- We get you the help you need.
Once you’ve been admitted into our program, we match you with the level of care that you need for recovery. For most clients, this will mean admission into our medically- supervised detox program followed by enrollment in our residential treatment program. Since we offer multiple levels of care, we can match the appropriate level of care exactly to your needs and goals.
